  • Coordinate with University Communications and execute the University brand strategy throughout the college’s and departments’ web pages
  • Create web and media messaging, utilizing best practices for usability, accessibility, search engine optimization (SEO), and building keyword search functionality.
  • Manage the news and calendar content for the college, its departments, centers and institutes. Coordinate content with social media sites for the college.
  • Work closely with the college faculty and staff on the development and maintenance of individual department, program, and personal profile pages. Provide training and support for the very few departments who maintain their own web sites.
  • Write and publish news stories and articles, biographies, and upcoming event spotlights for the college.
  • Design, create and prepare email campaigns, as well as graphics for email blasts. These projects include typography, SYMPA list management, email template design, collaborating with various departments and graphic creation and rollovers leading to associated links/pages.
  • Work with CEHS Assessment team and with CEHS faculty and staff involved in gathering data and help them refine ways of presenting data, as needed.
  • Work with University Communications to generate reports on web traffic, page views, unique users and bounce rates for the CEHS web sites.
